Bachledka Winter First Ride – Opening of the 2024/25 Winter Season
Start your winter in style with the Bachledka Winter First Ride event, taking place on December 14, 2024, at Bachledka Ski & Sun resort. We’ve prepared a day full of experiences, sports, fun, and special moments for the whole family. Highlights include the official opening of the National Training Center, ski races for all age groups, and the magical lighting of the Bachledka Wonderland at the Treetop Walk, creating an unforgettable winter fairy tale atmosphere.
The event kicks off with the presentation of racers and timed practice runs on the professional course at the National Training Center. The grand opening of the center will feature an official ceremony emphasizing the significance of this project for sports and tourism development in the region. Throughout the day, enjoy the evaluation of practice runs, live music performances, including a concert by renowned rapper Ego at 3:00 PM and singer Monika Bagárová at 5:00 PM, followed by the illumination of the Bachledka Wonderland.
Ski Races for Junior and Kid categories!
Timed training sessions as part of the ski races at the National Training Center provide a fantastic opportunity to showcase your skills on the slopes. Open to all age groups, the races will be evaluated during the event.

Après-Ski Party and Fun for All
Look forward to an après-ski party on the slope in Franková, featuring great music and a lively atmosphere. You can also test the latest skis during the Elan testing event or meet our mascots, sure to delight the little ones.

The Bachledka Winter First Ride is part of a sports weekend in Ždiar:
- Friday, December 13 – Training runs at the Strednica resort.
- Saturday, December 14 – First timed training at Bachledka.
- Evening celebrations at Medveďom Brlohu at Strachan.
Opening Hours:
- Ski resort: Open from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Treetop Walk: Open until 6:00 PM.
